Thank you for shopping at Rustic Warehouse. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
This website is owned and operated by Rustic Warehouse Norfolk Limited, and our return procedures fully comply with United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations and consumer protection laws.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have a standard window of 30 days after receiving your item to request an official return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a successful return, your item must be returned in the exact same pristine condition that you received it. It must be completely unworn, unused, with all original tags securely attached, and enclosed inside its original, undamaged retail packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or valid proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return

  • Please do not send your purchase back to an unverified manufacturer address.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Once our customer service team approves your return request, you must mail or courier the item securely back to our dedicated distribution and logistics hub at your own shipping expense:

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Rustic Warehouse Norfolk Limited cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Damages, Faults, and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately at rusticwarehouse1@outlook.com with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the problem right away and arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Refunds and Processing Timelines
We will notify you via email once we have successfully received and inspected your returned item at our Kings Lynn warehouse hub. We will let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original credit card or original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that banking providers may require a short additional processing window to clear and post the funds to your personal statement.
